With the aim of complying with current law and providing security and trust to all Users, please be informed, in virtue of Law 34/2002, Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, that this website is owned by ASOCIACION ELISAVA ALUMNI (hereinafter, ELISAVA ALUMNI), with Corporate Tax ID No. G64210214 and registered address at LA RAMBLA Nº 30 - 32 08002, BARCELONA, registered in the Catalonia Regional Government Associations Registry with number 32.462 in section one.

This Website is governed exclusively by the regulations applicable in Spain and all Users in Spain and abroad are subject to Spanish law.

Access to this Website by the User is free and is conditional on previously reading and accepting these current GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE entirely, expressly and without reserves at the time of access, which you are asked to read carefully. At the time the User uses the Website, its content or services, he/she accepts and is expressly subject to its general conditions of use. If the User does not agree with these conditions of use, he/she must abstain from using the Website and operating through it.

Providing personal data and purchasing services through this website requires a minimum age of 14 years or, if applicable, sufficient legal capacity to enter into an agreement.

The presentation and configuration of this Website may be modified at any time, the services may be increased or reduced, and the network as well as the services and content provided may be withdrawn, all unilaterally and without prior notice.


A. Intellectual property

All the content, text, images and source code are the property of ELISAVA ALUMNI or third parties from which operating rights have been acquired and are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights.

The User only has a right to private and not-for-profit use, and requires express authorisation to modify, reproduce, exploit or distribute them or to any other rights belonging to the owner.

ELISAVA ALUMNI is a registered brand, and its reproduction, imitation, use or the insertion of these brands is prohibited without due authorisation.

Establishing links on the ELISAVA ALUMNI website does not grant any right over it. Similarly, the simple fact of establishing a link to the ELISAVA ALUMNI Website does not grant the right to the category of collaborator or partner.

Partial or total imitation of this Website is absolutely prohibited.


B. Conditions of access to the web site

Access to the Website is free and does not require prior subscription or registration. However, access to the Virtual Campus is reserved to previously registered ALUMNI who must identify themselves with passwords as detailed in the section below.

Sending personal data implies that the User expressly accepts the ELISAVA ALUMNI Privacy Policy.

Users must access the Website in good faith, in accordance with the rules of public order, and these General Conditions of use. Access to the Website is at the User’s sole and exclusive responsibility, and in any case the User is responsible for damages or losses that may be caused to third parties or to ELISAVA ALUMNI.

Users are expressly prohibited from using or obtaining the services and content offered on this Website using procedures other than those stipulated in these conditions of use, and if applicable the specific conditions that regulate registration as ALUMNUS.

Taking into account the impossibility of control with respect to information, content and services that other websites contain that may be accessed through the links made available on the Website, please be advised that ELISAVA ALUMNI is exempt from any liability for damages and losses of all types that may be derived from the use of these third-party web sites.

ELISAVA ALUMNI reserves unilateral right without prior notice to deregister any User that the organisation understands has violated the conditions that govern the use of this website, and the User shall have no right to make any claim due to these types of actions. It also reserves the right to exercise the opportune legal actions against Users who violate these general conditions of use, and the User accepts that not initiating these actions does not constitute their formal renouncement, and they shall remain valid until the specified duration for the infringements have transpired.


C. Conditions of access to the Virtual Campus

Access to the Virtual Campus is restricted to Users who have acquired the condition of ALUMNI pursuant to the procedure established on this website and which is detailed in the Conditions of Contracting document.

Access to the Virtual Campus is personal and individual.

The ALUMNI undertake to:

  1. Keep their identification secret (access keys), being responsible for any activity or improper use made by a third party using this identification, whether with their consent or due to negligence.
  2. To notify ELISAVA, as soon as possible, about the loss of this information or unauthorised access by third parties.
  3. To use the contents of the services of the Virtual Campus correctly, pursuant to current law and avoiding any action that is illicit or harmful to the rights or interests of third parties.
  4. Observe an attitude and language that are respectful in communications with other ALUMNI, in public as well as private spaces, and not to transfer or disseminate illegal, defamatory or offensive opinions or content or those that are against the values and dignity of people.
  5. To maintain the confidentiality of private communications received and not to make them available to third parties, including data obtained from distribution lists or by means of public spaces on Virtual Campus.
  6. Not to use the public spaces on Virtual Campus for commercial or advertising purposes, especially the data contained in the student directory.

ELISAVA ALUMNI does not assume any responsibility in relation to the individual conduct of the ALUMNI nor the private relationships that may be established between them, whether through public or private spaces, nor for the content and statements made on the discussion forums that are made available to ALUMNI. However, ELISAVA ALUMNI shall ensure compliance of these conditions of use.

D. Privacy Policy

Confidentiality and security are basic values for ELISAVA ALUMNI and for that reason we are committed to guaranteeing the user’s privacy at all times and to not collecting unnecessary information on them. Please find below all the information you might need about our Privacy Policy on the personal data we gather with an explanation of:

  • Who is the processing custodian of your data.
  • Why we gather the data we ask for.
  • Our reasons for processing it.
  • How long we’ll be retaining it.
  • Who we will transfer your data to.

  1. Purposes, legitimisation, and retention of data processing sent though:

Purpose: Offer a way to contact us and answer information requests as well as to send  information about our training programmes, activities, and services including electronically (email, SMS, WhatsApp) if you click the Accept box.

Legitimisation: The user’s consent when they provide us with information through our contact form and check the box accepting that information be sent to the user.

Retention: Once the request has been resolved through our form or answered by email, if no new processing has been generated, and if the user has asked to receive marketing emails, until they ask to unsubscribe.


Purpose: Register as an Alum to have access to the services only for our website's Alumni and receive information about our training programmes, activities, and services as well as marketing offers for our products and services, including electronically (email, SMS, WhatsApp) if they do not opt out.

Legitimisation: The user’s consent when they register through the form and Elisava's legitimate interest in keeping its alumni informed of its training programmes and the services if they do not opt out.

Retention: Until the Alum asks to unsubscribe and then for the legal time limits.


Purpose: Answer the user's information requests, reply to inquiries, and respond to questions or concerns.  

Legitimisation: The user’s consent when they ask us for information by email.

Retention: Once the request has been answered by email if no new data processing has occurred.


Purpose: Send our marketing newsletter and advertising and informational communication about our training programmes, activities, and services the user might be interested in, including electronically (email, SMS, WhatsApp)

Legitimisation: The user’s consent when they subscribe to our marketing newsletter or advertising communications.

Retention: Until the interested person revokes their consent and asks to be unsubscribed from the service.

The provision of personal data requires a minimum age of 14 or, as appropriate, having sufficient legal capacity to make contracts.

The personal data requested is necessary to process your requests and/or provide you with the services you might purchase. If you were to not provide it, we would not be able to properly respond or provide the service you requested.

Your data is confidential and will not be transferred to third parties unless there is a legal requirement to do so.

By making this Website available to the User, ELISAVA ALUMNI wishes to offer quality content and services, using the highest level of diligence in providing the content and services as well as the technological media used. However, ELISAVA ALUMNI is not responsible for the presence of viruses or other elements of any type that may damage the User’s computer system.

The User holds ELISAVA ALUMNI exempt from any responsibility due to force majeure, including its own or third-party technological failures derived from the current state of the technology.

Users may not take any action on the ELISAVA ALUMNI website that causes a computer system overload, nor may they upload viruses or install robots or software that alter the normal functioning of ELISAVA ALUMNI Websites, or in definitive cause damage to its IT systems.
